Applications for summer residence are available online. Be sure to read the Applications Instructions below before trying to complete the application. Anyone may apply (you do not have to be University of Toronto student). Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis based on the following priority:
Please read the Summer Occupancy Agreement prior to submitting your application online. Upon your arrival to the Residence, you will be asked to sign and date the Occupancy Agreement to complete the conditions of your residency. By signing and submitting the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the Innis Residence Summer Occupancy Agreement.
We are unable to take reservations over the phone – we require a completed online application, including a deposit, to process your reservation.
We will send an e-mail confirmation notice to all successful applicants as we receive them, and will continue to do so until all spaces are filled.
All correspondence regarding your accommodation is sent by e-mail. If you do not hear from us, then we are not holding a space for you. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com.

Now accepting applications for our Full Summer Term!
In order to receive the full summer discounted rate all accounts must be paid in full by May 31, 2017. Failure to pay your account in full by this date will result in the cost of your stay being recalculated to the non-discounted rate of $4,600.00 for the full summer.
The full summer discounted rate for current University of Toronto students is $3,000.00. The entire amount is charged to your ACORN account and must be paid through ACORN. In order to receive the U of T full summer discount you must complete your application and pay your $600.00 deposit, on or before March 31st, 2017. If you complete a full summer application after this date you will be charged the full summer discounted rate of $3,100.00.
The full summer discounted rate is $3,100.00. Complete the online application by following the instructions below. Your deposit is paid online with your applications and all other payments can be made at the Front Desk of the Residence after checking in. Please note you must pay your entire balance by May 31, 2017 or your rate will be recalculated to the non-discounted rate of $4,600.00 for the full summer.
First Semester: May 3rd, 2017 – June 30th, 2017
Second Semester: July 1st, 2017 – August 26th, 2017.
Innis Residence offers limited, part-summer, spaces for those visitors that will be staying for one semester only. The semester rate is $2,100.00. If you are interested in staying at Innis for either first or second semester, please fill out a Innis Residence Part Summer Application and e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Priority is given to full summer applications and we will confirm part summer applicants starting in April.
The Innis Residence summer session starts on May 3, 2017. We are unable to allow anyone to move in before this date. Residents may start moving in anytime after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 3rd. You will not be permitted to move in or drop off belongings prior to your arrival date and time.
All residents must depart the residence no later than 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 26, 2017. Please note that you must have your room inspected before you leave. Please allow 15 minutes for the inspection. Inform the Front Desk when you are ready for an inspection and they will contact a staff member for you. Inspections can take place anytime between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, any day of the week. (Please note, on Saturday August 27th, room inspections are only available from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. All residents must be moved out by 12:00 noon.) If you will be leaving outside of these times please contact email@example.com. Failure to have your room inspected by a residence staff member will result in a financial charge of $100.00 and you will be responsible for the condition of your room. All suitemates are responsible for the condition and cleanliness of the suite upon vacating; otherwise, additional charges will be incurred by all suitemates.
